Star of the week, 12th May 2016.
Our super star this week is Emma for her great progress and growth mindset. She is the first to say 'I will try' if something is hard for her and really encourages her peers to have a go. She is learning to read beautifully, is writing using her sounds and grasps mathematical concepts quickly. Keep up the great attitude, Emma, you are a real asset to Ngaio class.

Week one, term two, Ngaio.
Hi everyone, I got too excited and wanted to publish 45 photos - too much for the blog to cope with so after an hour and a half of waiting for them to load I have given up and gone home. I will try again tomorrow (Saturday) with less pictures please bear with me!

Kobie is our star this week and apologies in advance for the poor quality of the photo, it is dreadfully blurry! She has really stepped up this term with her attitude to learning, helping, making friends and has even taken a teaching role doing our 'robot' words and explaining patterns in our girant discussion book. Ka Pai, Kobie, this is great to see!
