Week One Term Four!

Addison will soon be five, she came on her school visit this week.

Alecia brought her new toy for Show and Tell on Monday.

Working on Lexia, a great programme - some children are taking this home to do more, it's super!

We are ready for the masked parade... Sir Peter Jackson is our X-Factor role model and we are representing Middle Earth.

Our new writing table is a great success.

Computer learning, Leo and Hazel are concentrating hard.

Lily Hayes began school this week!

i-pads, helping each other to learn.

Capacity is our 'strand' in Maths this term. We are using Rice bubbles to compare capacity of containers of different sizes by pouring from one into another.

Drawing ourselves for part of out 'Keeping Ourselves Safe' topic - describing what makes us special and unique.

Hands-on pouring and capacity - many thanks to the Birchwood Kindy for allowing us to share their water trough.

Georgia started school this week too.

Leo is on fire this week, he is helping Mia form her letters.

Look at Leo and his writing! Wow!

Grouping ourselves according to capacity...

Masked Parade hobbits!

Peter Jackson and Isabelle!

We were fortunate to have been given two boxes of apples from Enza, the children loved eating them whilst waiting to start the masked parade.

Yummy!!

Mrs Savill and Miss Hodgman having fun!

We have a new train set in our classroom, it's fab!
Hope you enjoy our photos of the masked parade - we were so delighted to hear that our school came second in the schools category!!
